These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of AI Hustle Guy digital products and services. By purchasing or using our materials, you agree to these Terms.

1. What You’re Getting

When you purchase from AI Hustle Guy, you receive access to digital content such as guides, prompt libraries, templates, and/or a custom AI productivity plan (collectively, “Products”).

Delivery is sent to the email address you enter at checkout. Most Products are delivered immediately and custom plans are delivered within 5 business days after we receive your required intake information.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are in USD and securely processed via Stripe.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

If you have a billing issue, contact us first and we will work with you to resolve it. Filing a payment dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee—if you’ve implemented the steps and haven’t seen measurable improvements.

To qualify, you must provide reasonable proof of implementation (e.g., screenshots or summaries of usage).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after 14 days

  • Purchases where required intake information was not provided for a custom plan

  • Abuse of the refund policy (repeat refund requests, chargeback threats, or fraudulent claims)

4. Intellectual Property and License

All templates, prompts, guides, and materials are owned by AI Hustle Guy and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own personal use or internal use in your job or business.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, share, distribute, or publicly post the Products (or materially similar derivatives)

  • Use the Products to create or sell competing prompt libraries, templates, or guides

  • Remove branding, copyright notices, or watermarks

5. AI and Accuracy Disclosures

Our Products may reference or rely on third-party AI tools and platforms. You are responsible for your use of those tools and for complying with their terms.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before using it in real-world decisions.

Our Products are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

6. No Guarantees

We provide productivity resources and frameworks, not guaranteed outcomes.

Results vary based on your effort, context, tools, and decisions. We make no guarantees regarding earnings, performance, compliance outcomes, or specific time savings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Hustle Guy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your purchase or use of the Products.

We are not responsible for:

  • Misuse or misapplication of prompts, strategies, or recommendations

  • Third-party outages, limitations, pricing changes, or policy changes (including payment processors and AI platforms)

  • Business decisions you make based on the Products

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product that gave rise to the claim.

8. Modifications to Products

We may update, revise, or replace portions of the Products to keep them current as tools and best practices evolve.

Minor updates may be provided at no additional cost. Major upgrades, new editions, or expanded versions may be offered for an additional fee.

9. Termination and Access Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke access, or cancel orders if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Products.

If access is revoked due to a Terms violation, you are not eligible for a refund.

10. Affiliate Relationships

AI Hustle Guy may earn commissions from affiliate links, at no extra cost to you.

We aim to disclose affiliate relationships clearly and conspicuously near the relevant recommendation or link, in line with FTC guidance. You should assume a material connection may exist whenever a link is labeled as an affiliate link or a disclosure is provided.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products or services you purchase through affiliate links. Any issues must be handled with the third-party provider.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12. Update to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version and updating the “Last Updated” date.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (such as by email or a prominent notice on our site). Continued use of the Products after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
